Daron K. Roberts and Will Baggett have been friends and colleagues for over 5 years, having initially connected in Fall 2017. Daron is a Harvard Law School graduate who decided to become an NFL coach shortly after graduating. Daron affectionately recalls this experience saying it was the first time he did not have to set his alarm clock to get up in the morning. Daron went on to create the Center for Sport Leadership and Innovation (CSLI) at his alma mater, the University of Texas, before resigning in 2022 to become a full-time professional speaker. Daron is a devoted husband, father of five, and two-time author, and he delivers approximately 40 keynotes annually to corporate audiences.
Will Baggett began his speaking career in spring 2017, receiving $300 as payment for his very first keynote address. Before becoming a speaker, Will spent a decade as a strength coach and sports administrator, having helped produce some of the biggest events in the world, such as the CFP National Championship, the Final Four and Super Bowl LVI in Los Angeles. At just 33 years of age, Will is considered to be one of the youngest and most prominent speakers in the country with just over 200 paid speeches in five years. He is also a two-time author and delivers 40-50 keynotes annually to collegiate audiences, corporations and non-profits.
